Organizations

Prime Timers - Meet monthly on the fourth Tuesday. This group has in excess of 100 members 55 plus. They are our seniors group. Contact person is Frank Burns - 610-913-6630.

Women’s Club - A long standing group that financially supports youth events like Vacation Bible School, Halloween party, First Communion gifts, etc. They meet the first Tuesday of each Month. Their largest fund raiser is the Christmas bazaar. Contact person is Helen MacMinn—610-582-1073.

Knights Of Columbus - Our newest organization is a Catholic group of men formed to do charitable deeds.

Stewardship Committe - The goal of this ministry is to foster the living of stewardship as a way of life which means living the spirituality of stewardship of time, of talent, and of treasure. Contact persons: Mary Lou Toye (610-401-5655) and John Frank (610-777-1137)

Saint Vincent DePaul Society - St Vincent de Paul Society meets once a month to discuss how they can assist people in need with resources given to them by parish poor boxes. Consists of about 12 members. They prepare 25 food baskets 3 times a year and work in the Kennedy Soup Kitchen twice a year. Contac person is Bill Arnold—717-445-4141.

Bereavement Committee - A support group for those grieving a loss due to death. Assist participants in recognizing the signs of their grief and ways of coping with their grief. Contact person is Judy Campion - 610-775-7782.

Friendly Visitors - Newly formed group to provide a monthly visit to elderly and homebound parishioners. Consists of about 12 members. They are assigned one or two parishioners to visit. Contact person is Melissa Mitchell—610-286-6191.

Respect Life - Meet monthly to plan and keep the parish informed about the Catholic position on all respect life issues. Contact person is Mary Newhams —610-777-3858.

Gardeners - Provides care and maintenance of the parish gardens and grounds. Contact person is Cecelia Kacmar--610-856-1394.

Disability Committee - A small group that advocates for persons with disabilities. They continue to examine and inspect our facility and services to make sure we are friendly place for persons with disabilities. Contact person is Brooke Frech—610-777-7111.

Youth Group - 7th –12th grade students. This group meets twice per month and offers social, religious education, service, and spiritual programs for teens. Contact person is Karen Keenan—610-589-9512.

Festival Committee - A group of about 12 people that plans and carry out the annual Chicken Barbecue/Summer Festival. They meet March through August. Contact person is Jeanie Hauck—610-856-1006.

Stay at Home Mothers - Interactive group of mothers provides help and support for each other. Contact person is Lori Barse—610-913-6191.

Rosary Group - Pray the rosary every Friday after daily mass. Contact person is Jeanie Hauck—610-856-1006.

Buildings and Grounds Committee - Currently not meeting. About 8 members that help prioritize parish needs and repairs, and organize garden care.
